1.2. BABS is not responsible for any actions, services, or interactions that occur between Clients and Barbers. We are not liable for any criminal activity, misconduct, negligence, or faults arising from the services provided by Barbers
2.1. BABS provides a platform for Clients to browse Barber profiles, view services offered, and schedule appointments. We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of information provided by Barbers.
2.2. Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their booking requests, including date, time, and location preferences. Barbers are responsible for providing accurate service information and availability.
3.1. BABS is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or disputes that arise between Clients and Barbers. Clients and Barbers agree to address any issues directly with each other.
3.2. BABS is not responsible for any criminal activity conducted by Clients or Barbers. Users are encouraged to report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior to the appropriate authorities.
4.1. While BABS is not liable for criminal activity or Barber faults, we retain information and documentation related to Clients and Barbers. In the event of legal disputes, BABS may cooperate with authorities and provide relevant information.
4.2. BABS does not provide legal advice. If you encounter legal issues related to services obtained through our platform, we may assist by sharing information and documentation upon proper request.
5.1. Clients and Barbers agree to use the BABS platform responsibly and ethically. Any misuse, harassment, fraud, or violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
6.1. BABS collects and stores personal information according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7.1. BABS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
